Park Rules

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT. Check-in time: 1pm. Check-out time: Noon. Current Driver’s License or ID will be kept on File in Park Office. Park Lease will be kept on File in Park Office.

PAYMENTS POLICY. Payments can be made over phone or In-Person at Park Office upon Check-in. Rent is due on the 1st of every month, rate moves to nightly rate when past due date and eviction notice will be served.

We background check long term tenants. NO exceptions.

UNSIGHTLY VEHICLES/RV'S: Without prior approval of management, any vehicle which detracts from the intent, purpose, or general appearance of the campground is not allowed. This includes any RV unit that is not neat and well kept. Ran down units are not tolerated and will be asked to leave immediately.

RV LIMIT. The maximum number of RV’s per site is one.

CANCELLATION POLICY. Cancellations made prior to 7 days of arrival will be given full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.

VEHICLES. The maximum number of vehicles per site is two. Cars, trucks, motorcycles, and trailers are all considered vehicles. No parking permitted on roadways. Discuss parking of vehicles or equipment that exceeds the allowed number of vehicles with Landlord.

Speed Limit 7 mph.

SITE MAINTENANCE. Guests are responsible for keeping their sites clean and neat. No permanent attachments or cutting of trees is permitted. Trash is to be bagged and placed in the park dumpsters.

MAIL. Guests are responsible for making arrangements with the post office to receive their mail.

PERSONAL PROPERTY. The Landlord assumes no responsibility for personal property left at your site.

LAWS. All local, state and federal laws must be obeyed.

PETS. NO AGGRESSIVE OR VICIOUS DOGS. PETS MUST BE KEPT ON A LEASH WHEN OUTDOORS, CLEANED UP AFTER, AND NEVER LEFT UNATTENDED OUTSIDE OF RV. All vaccinations must be kept up-to-date and the pet identified by a vaccination tag with owner’s contact information on the tag. Pets are never to be chained up. Guests must clean up after pets. Do not wash pets in Park Restrooms. VIOLATION OF TERMS WILL RESULT IN EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND OF RENT.

SIGNS. The Guest and his visitors shall respect any signs placed by the Landlord. Any signs containing rules and regulations shall be abided by as part of this lease.

TRASH: No Trash is to be left outside of the camper. All trash must be placed in the dumpster.

NO window air conditioners are permitted on RVs.

ELECTRIC USAGE: We ask that you are mindful of your electric usage and conserve usage when possible. This will help us keep our cost down and keep our site rates down. Please take precautions needed when temps will be below freezing. No electric heaters.

NOISE REGULATIONS: Quiet hours between 10pm & 7am. This includes all unnecessary noise, please respect your neighbors. All children must be indoors by dark unless accompanied by an adult. Campers will be held responsible for their children and actions.

SUMMARY: Management reserves the right to make changes in the rules and policies in the best interest of the RV Park. Anyone refusing to abide by these rules will be asked to leave without a refund. We rese red the right to refuse service to anyone.

BEHAVIOR: Objectionable conduct of any kind or violation of any park rule or anyone causing a disturbance will immediately be asked to leave the park. Excessive use of alcohol is prohibited. Criminal or drug-related activity will not be tolerated at any time. No refund will be given. Please respect your neighbors and be accommodating to other RV’s moving in or out of sites.

SOLICITATION: Unauthorized soliciting or selling is not allowed in the RV park.
